Danielle brings decades of real estate, property, and business management experience and, as a native Vermonter, knows what it takes to keep properties going year-round.

We accept a limited number of private residential, short-term rental, and micro-hospitality properties for property caretaking. We assist with lock-outs, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly check-ins, arrange for appropriate contractors for planned projects, emergencies, and routine maintenance, pre- and post visit cleanings, extensive garden services, seasonally rotated decorations, routine cleaning, and more.
